A tweet by @AnonOpsSe claims that the objective of the “Green Atom” project launched by Russian ISP Convex was to install and maintain surveillance equipment used to monitor the online activities of private citizens and businesses.
The hacking group “CAXXII” told the Kyiv Post via email that they uploaded 128GB of documents that were acquired “confirming the existence of this project, as well as the correspondence of Convex employees with the FSB,” Russia’s Federal Secret Service.
